We approached Grant to purchase our first apartment and for ourselves not knowing a lot about the Auckland City Market, Grant was very thorough in trying to meet our requirements, giving us some great ideas and options.

 

When we did purchase off Bluzone Group, The actual sale and purchase went through very smoothly with Grant going over and above what I would expected of a vendor and even helped us retain the existing tenants and get a rent rise !!.
